Cereal diet for women
Most of us want to lose some weight, and it is known that for several reasons women seen to lose weight harder. But let’s say that you don’t want to lose too much weight, but you want to do it in a short term, because let’s say you have your weeding in two weeks and you noticed that your wedding dress is too small for your. Yes, the cereal diet can help you accomplish your goal, and the good thing is that all you need is some cereals you usually have for breakfast, some fruits and also some vegetables.
So every day you should eat your breakfast formed by cereals and a bit of milk. Also you can add in the bowl some slices of bananas. If you want to no get bored, you can also change, so today you add some bananas uts, tomorrow some strawberries etc. Untill you go to luch, if you are hungry, eat some vegetables or again some low calories fruits. When the lunch time comes, prepare yourself another bowl of cereals. Don’t forget that there are also many types of cereals on the market, with different tastes, so next time you go to the store buy at least 4 different types, so you switch them when you get bored of the taste. And again, if you feel that you are hungry in the afternoon, you should only eat fruits or vegetables. All you have to do is think how you can change tem every day, so you could even mix more types of fruits in a bowl. If you are not home, buy yourself a cereal bar, but not the ones with chocolate or other flavors, but the low fat type.
Because you have been eating only cereals all day long, by now you will hvae less calories in your body, so you should try to eat anyhing that has some proteins in it. But for dinner you can eat anything you want, but remember also to not eat too much, but not to less also. The perfect dinner shoould make you feel full, so youcan sleap well (if you are hungry you can’t sleep well). The important thing is to remember that untill dinner, you aren’t allowed to eat anything but cereals and fruits. And yes, even if you feel the need of a snack between meals, you should have a fruit or some vegetables.
